Manage

To access the Management Tools​ for your customers, click on the Customer​ tab and then on Manage​ tab below

This will bring you to the Customer Management​ tab. On this tab you can review a list of all your customers, only active customers, and new customers or by other criteria (using the Search Function​ in the bar at the top of the page).

: On the left side, you will see the full name and contact information of the customer. In the center, the date of the last message will be listed, as well as the assigned salesperson. And on the right, there will be control options for the customer’s profile.

You can also add a ​ New Customer​ manually from this tab by using the ​ Add​ button on the top right side

Edit Customer: ​Allows you to change the customer’s information

Conversation: ​Allows you to view the conversation between the salesperson(s) and the customer.

Forward:​ Sends the customer to a salesperson for further interactions

Spam: ​Sends unwanted or unwarranted messages to the Spam & Blocked tab.

Archive: ​ Sends customer to the Archive​ section, incase you need to refer back to the information at a later time

Archive

To access the Customer Archive​ tab, click on the Customer​ and then on the Manage tab below. Using the drop down menu beside the search bar, click the arrow and select theArchive​ button

The Archive​ functions as a storage area for customers whose interactions have been completed for the time being and provides a quick and easy way to access information about previous customers.

On this page, you can use the Search Function at the top to find a specific name or number. Using this, you’ll be directed to one of the information cards that reference that customer.

Conversation:Allows you to view the conversations between the salesperson(s) and the customer.

Forward:​ Sends the customer to a salesperson for further interactions

Unarchive: ​Returns the customer profile to active status.

Spam & Blocked

To access the Spam Management tab, click on the Customer tab and then on the Manage tab. Using the drop down menu beside the search bar, click the arrow and select the Spammed & Blocked button.

On this page, the same options are available as on the Archive page. However, the profiles on this page will be of those who have been selected as blocked or spam, or the customers who have texted STOP to the phone number attached to your store’s account.

Edit Customer: ​Allows you to change the customer’s information.

Conversation: ​Allows you to view the conversations between the salesperson(s) and the customer.

Forward:​ Sends the customer to a salesperson for further interactions.

Not Spam:Restores the customer profile back into the manage page.
